When the owner-developer first conveyed properties, each title incorporated a set of CCRs
which run with the land for forty years. Each set of CCRs requires membership in the Dammeron Valley Landowners Association.
Due to different topography and intended use of various locations throughout the valley, separate CCRs were developed for each subdivision. They are much alike, but not uniform.
